The blessings of the great nature

Our brewery is in Nango region of Minami-aizu town (formerly Nango Village). It is a naturally rich region surrounded by mountains 1500 meters above sea level. The Ina River, which originates in Oze, flows through the area. The region also has some of the heaviest snowfall in Japan. Abundant snow melting water is slowly filtered through lush forests of oak and beech and gush out as springs of delicious water. We use one of these spring water for making japanese sake. Natural blessings are familiar to us. Some of spring water is also used for the tap water in our region.
