精米することを「米を磨く」と表現するのですが
弊社は酒造りに用いるお米を玄米で仕入れて、
自社で精米を行う自家精米を行っております。
そのため、精米所からは日々、米の磨かれる音が響きます。

【Polishing rice】
It is a process that scrapes off the outer layer of brown rice to reduce the contents of lipid,protain,etc…
After polished, the rice become realy beautiful white ones and loooks like shining.
At our brewery, we do rice polishing by ourselves.
So you can hear the rice polishing sounds everyday from our brewery.
