今朝は「本醸造辛口」の酛立てを行いました。

【From hand to hand】
Hello.It was snowing in Nango this morning.
Our brewing is now in the third term.
Today, we did 酛立て（mototate） for our traditional sake “HANAIZUMI KARAKUCHI”.
“Mototate” is that making 酒母（shubo),fermentation starter.
“Moto” is the same as “shubo”.
Brewing is always “From hand to hand”.
